Get Ready for Pre-Kindergarten
& Kindergarten Registration
Parents/Guardians, To register for Pre-K or Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year, your child must meet the following criteria:
- Be three (3) years old by September 1, 2021 for Pre-Kindergarten 3
- Be four (4) years old by September 1, 2021 for Pre-Kindergarten
- Be five (5) years old by September 1, 2021 for Kindergarten
- Live in the school's attendance area or have appropriate waiver paperwork
- Have all immunizations current
Required Documentation
The following documentation must be provided when registering your child for the Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten program.
- Child's Social Security Card
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (Utility bill with Service Address or Rental Agreement)
- Record of Child's Immunizations & Blood Lead Level Test
- Proof of Income (Previous Year's W-2 or last three pay stubs) - Required for Pre-Kindergarten Registration Only
