FROM OUR SUPERINTENDENT
Since the beginning of our school system's response to the pandemic back in early 2020, our team has been developing, reevaluating, and enhancing options for students and families that were not yet comfortable with returning to in-person learning.
While we certainly believe that our efforts over the past year to make in-person learning not only possible, but safe for our students and staff, we recognize that some students may have thrived in the virtual learning environment. To that end, our team has worked tirelessly both internally and in conjunction with other school systems in our region to develop Worcester County Public Schools' Blended Learning Program.
We encourage you to review this guide thoroughly, as this program is very different from the distance learning options previously offered by our school system. That being said, one thing certainly remains the same, and that is our dedication to ensuring every learner has a personalized learning experience that will help them reach their own dreams of success.
Sincerely,
Louis H. Taylor
Superintendent of Schools
