Our community members “let the dogs out,” and we are soooooo thankful! 🐶🐾❤️
There’s truly nothing like this kind of therapy as students wind down from AP exams, MCAP assessments, and SATs, while preparing for final exams.

It has been said that “the greatest wealth is health.” 💪
With our completed Wellness Center, we are nicely invested in the health and physical well-being of our student body. Two of our physical education areas now offer both strength and cardiovascular training with top-notch machinery.
We are so appreciative of the support of our local community members and businesses for making this vision a reality.

It’s a beautiful day for a beautiful message, so we built and painted one! 🎨🖌️
Our students and staff have worked all year toward this moment. From fundraisers to pickle ball competitions, staff members, particularly Lindsay Owens, Shannon Bone, and Wendy Shirk, along with student leaders, had a vision to promote the mental well-being of athletes and celebrate our programs. Thus, the MORGAN’s MESSAGE WALL was born.
Morgan’s Message® is a 501(c)(3) that strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics.
This project could not have been realized without the incredible help from our community. A special shout-out to We Are Limitless Studios and Freeman Arts Pavilion, and to our faculty and student body, and student alumni, for bringing your talents and hard work to Stephen Decatur High School.

School's (Not) Out for Everyone! 🎓☀️
Hey, grads and early summer vacationers, welcome to Ocean City! While you're here celebrating Senior Week, don't forget: Worcester County Public Schools MD are still in session until Tuesday, June 17th. That means school buses are still on the roads and school bus laws are still in effect.
🛑 Maryland School Bus Stop Law:
✅ STOP when a school bus has its red lights flashing and stop arm extended.
🚗 If you're on a divided highway (a physical median separates lanes), only traffic behind the bus must stop
🚙 On two-lane or multi-lane roads without a median, all traffic in both directions must stop
Let's keep our roads safe for students, families, and each other.

Congratulations to our Worcester County Public Schools MD “Grow Our Own” recipients and a tremendous thank you to Dr. Jon Andes for the generous support of our students and school system!

It is true when we say #OnceASeahawkAlwaysASeahawk! We were so excited to welcome back these #Seahawks for our college readiness forum.
Thank you Deliyah Holland (Howard University), Abigail Vadella (University of Pennsylvania), Grace Nichols (Salisbury University), and Mia Kemp (Shippensburg University) for helping our students navigate the college application process and for sharing helpful tips for college preparation.
