Our #HillTopHabit is establishing routines. We have been working on routines at school, but routines at home are important as well!

🌙✨ Nighttime Routines = School Success! ✨🌙

Consistent bedtime routines help kids:
✅ Get enough sleep
✅ Wake up ready for school
✅ Reduce morning stress
✅ Improve attendance & learning

Try these tips at home:
1️⃣ Wind Down – turn off screens, read a book, take a bath 🛁📚
2️⃣ Prepare for Tomorrow – lay out clothes & pack backpacks 🎒
3️⃣ Set a Bedtime – kids need 9–11 hours of sleep ⏰
4️⃣ Create a Calm Space – cozy, quiet, cool bedroom 🛏️🌙
