Each day has a theme. 
Monday: SAY HELLO! Meet someone new and be sure to say “hello!”
Tuesday: UPSTANDER TUESDAY Celebrate Upstanders in our lives, that make our school kinder, safer, and all around awesome. 
Wednesday: WEAR GREEN WEDNESDAY Wear green on this day as a symbol of unity, inclusivity, and solidarity. 
Thursday: MY TRUTH THURSDAY Who are you under the surface? Share who you are and this days restorative circle. 
Friday: MOVING FORWARD FRIDAY make a promise to continue the START with HELLO PLEDGE.

WCPS will host a special FREE event: Mental Wellness & the Student Athlete on November 11, 2023, at Stephen Decatur HS. Participants will begin to understand the link between mental wellbeing & sports performance with a focus on mindfulness and performance programming.
