Our Physical Education/Health teachers spent the day learning with and from one another, diving into the NEW Maryland Physical Education Standards and making meaningful connections to their current lessons. Through collaboration, conversation, and a little fun along the way, educators shared instruction to ensure students continue to thrive through high-quality PE and Health experiences. Thank you to our amazing teachers for your energy, professionalism, and commitment to continuous growth—today was a great example of learning that moves us forward together! #WeAreWorcester #PEHealthEd

Two-Dimensional Art students in Mrs. Perdue’s class at Berlin Intermediate deepened their understanding of creating and connecting by linking their artwork to the natural world. Inspired by Maryland artist Jen Aranyi, students created expressive landscape paintings that emphasized the element of space while strengthening their watercolor techniques and skills.
This project beautifully blended observation, creativity, and technical growth—showing how art can help students connect more deeply to their environment and to their own artistic voice. #WeAreWorcester #ArtsAreAliveInWorcester #BerlinIntermediate
