On Saturday, November 11, 2023, there will be "Mental Wellness and the Student-Athlete" sessions at Stephen Decatur High School. Emily Perrin, mental health therapist and former Division One athlete and coach, will be presenting. This event is FREE to WCPS high school student-athletes and coaches focusing on the link between mental well-being and sports performance, with a focus on mindfulness and performance programming.
