October is National Farm to School Month, celebrating connections between schools, food, and local farmers. Farm to School strengthens communities by improving food purchasing and education at schools.
Today, Snow Hill Middle School marked the occasion with a schoolwide tasting event, partnering with SNAP-Ed educator Caitlin Daw and local farmer Carol Cross. Worcester County Public Schools began using Cross Farm's produce last year, enhancing student access to healthy foods across the county. #WeAreWorcester
