This morning, we celebrated a momentous occasion - the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Nest Early Learning Center! Since its opening in September, The Nest has been providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for two and three-year-olds in our community! On Saturday, November 11, 2023, there will be "Mental Wellness and the Student-Athlete" sessions at Stephen Decatur High School.
Emily Perrin, mental health therapist and former Division One athlete and coach, will be presenting. This event is FREE to WCPS high school student-athletes and coaches focusing on the link between mental well-being and sports performance, with a focus on mindfulness and performance programming.

Pocomoke Elementary students are learning to play the ukeleles, generously donated by the Worcester County Arts Council. Students are playing "Mary had a little lamb" in A minor. Mastering those chords!
