Patricia Hands is a Senior Master Cosmetologist, Instructor, and Advanced Dermatologic Skin Therapist with more than 35 years of industry experience and nine years as a Career and Technical Education educator at Worcester Technical High School. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and an Advanced Professional Certificate from the University of La Verne. Patricia exemplifies instructional excellence through rigorous, industry-aligned curriculum, leadership as a SkillsUSA advisor, and active service on school improvement committees. As owner of Enchanted Hands Hair Salon, she extends learning through authentic apprenticeships, achieving a 100% Maryland State Board pass rate while preparing students for successful careers.
Hannah Morris is committed to fostering both academic and personal success for her students. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Salisbury University in 2019 and a Master of Education with Reading Specialist Endorsement from Liberty University in 2024. Currently in her seventh year as a fifth-grade teacher at Snow Hill Middle School, she contributes to her school community as a member of the ELA and Math committees, a leader on the Literacy School Improvement Team, and a mentor to new teachers. Above all, she prioritizes building strong, meaningful relationships with students while maintaining high expectations for their growth and achievement.
Kiersten Conway, a proud Worcester County graduate and mother of three, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury University and a Master of Arts degree from The University of Phoenix. In her tenth year in education, nine in WCPS, she is currently completing year three teaching English 10 at Snow Hill High School. She believes fostering meaningful relationships with students and delivering accessible, rigorous instruction empowers students to become critical thinkers and citizens. She is an active member of her School Improvement Team and the District Literacy Committee, as well as a model of best practices for other educators.
